Safari Permit Cancellation Policy (Government Rules)

Safari permits once issued are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-amendable.

• NO refund for safari permits under any circumstances.
• Government charges cannot be refunded.
• Dates/visitor names cannot be changed after confirmation.

Facilitation Service Cancellation

• Within 24 hours (permit not booked): 100% refund
• After permit booking initiated: 0% refund
• Last-minute/travel date: No refund

Jeep/Canter Cancellations by Forest Dept

• Government fees: Per Forest Dept rules
• Facilitation fee: Non-refundable

Elephant Safari

NO refund possible under any circumstances.

Hotel/Package Cancellation

• 30 days prior - 90% Refund
• 15-29 days - 70% Refund
• 7-14 days - 60% Refund
• 2-6 days - 50% Refund
• <48 hours/no show - NO REFUND

Forest Lodge Bookings

Dhikala, Bijrani, Jhirna, Dhela: Strictly non-refundable.

2. 3 guests: 1 room + extra mattress
3. Govt tax changes charged extra
4. Rainy season bookings provisional
5. Full refund if safari cannot be booked
6. Peak season policy applies separately
